The Technology Communications and Change Designer for Versant is responsible for the design and production of visual design specifications for training materials, marketing materials, IT support websites, and presentations for workplace solutions used globally by Versant employees and partners. These solutions span a portfolio of employee experiences including devices, applications, workplace, and end-user support.Solutions:Enterprise platform for one-to-many communications (such as leadership town halls)Corporate intranet platformUnified device management for corporate and personally owned devicesCloud-based desktop virtualization serviceSoft phone telephony serviceSelf-service app storeOffice 365 and Slack collaborationLow-code content management, business process automation, and data analytics built on the Power PlatformStandard audio-visual conferencing and room bookingFacilities security services and desk bookingResponsibilities:Conduct user research, define user personas, and create current- and future- state journey mapsCollaborate in the development of training materials to support current and planned workplace technologiesCreate marketing materials for IT initiatives including posters, presentationsAssist in the development of readiness assessments, surveys, and user research to better understand Enterprise workplace technology requirementsAssist in the development of change management plans and associated collateral to support new technology implementations, leveraging the ADKAR modelAssist in the development of wireframes and storyboards for mobile and web-based applications
