Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Math, Finance, Statistics, Business or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required• 8-10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus and talented candidates with fewer years of experienced are encourage to apply.• Solid and extensive business analysis, product management, project and program management skills.• Experience and knowledge of working in Wealth Management and/or Financial Services.• Full software project development life-cycle experience• Ability to bring clarity to complex business processes and, at times, drive others to timely compliance• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex Wealth Management projects inclusive of requirements scoping• Interact with Business Leadership, Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers and multiple related teams to support the delivery of large scale initiatives• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities• Responsible for driving efficiency improvements and enhanced reporting metrics and analytics• Leads cross-functional sessions with teams such as Development and Marketing. Ensures project is on time and to budget.• Is highly familiar with product competitors, consumer trends, and market status. May act as the primary point of contact for small products.• Provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Leads implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation. Manages scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.• Gathers and analyzes information and develops recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas. Participates in industry forums and keeps current on domain knowledge for their specific business and application areas of expertise.• Applies experiences across various software and/or systems development processes to define and collect metrics and identify and implement opportunities for improvement to increase quality of requirements and speed time-to-market.
