Job DescriptionTechnical Business Analyst/PM: The candidate is required to understand all aspects of the project lifecycle following Agile methodology (integrated with JIRA/SNOW).

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end accountability for determining solutions for regulatory projects.
  • Writing and maintaining Business/Functional Requirements Documents.
  • Key stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers.
  • Prepare Functional Requirements & Design Documents in collaboration with various internal stakeholders and obtained sign-off as per the project planned.
  • Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross-review of functional requirements.
  • Ensure System designs and solutions are prepared as per Citi policies, and procedures and guidelines.
  • Act as a “translator” between the business, Change Team, and Operation and Technology.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual’s project.
  • Assist in project integration and acceptance testing.
  • Provide support during and post-implementation.

Experience:
  • 10+ years of Total experience, Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in regulatory project management OR private banking/wealth management, such as MIFID II - Optional
  • IIBA or equivalent business analyst certification is preferable.
  • Experience in private banking operations preferred such as Client Reporting, Client Onboarding etc.
  • Ability to work in challenging, demanding, and strict regulatory timelines.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum.
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology.
  • Experience with working with Off-shore team.
  • High Influential skills.

  • Self-motivated and a team player that works wells with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Charles River IMS (Investment management system) v 18R1 and higher (vendor product by CRD/State Street) - Huge Plus
