Technical Client Support SpecialistLocation: Princeton, NJ

Skills and experience for the role
  • 4+ years of experience providing tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for Mac and Windows OS
  • Strong experience with smartphone device setup and troubleshooting (iPhone/iPad and Android)
  • Ability to set up and resolve any issues with a variety of email clients (Outlook, MacMail, and Gmail)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, printing, and networking
  • Strong experience supporting Active Directory

Education : At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience ) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required
