Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Wayne, NJ

This is a 40 hour work week, from 8-5pm EST This role is the technical liaison for all new hires, including validation of ServiceNow tickets, providing VPN access, coordinating with various in-house technical departments to make sure that new hires have the proper equipment. It is more on the IT side than the HR side.

Responsibilities

Work with HR to Log & Track all new hire requests
Validate that onboarding tickets have been opened in ServiceNow for all new hires
Track ticket requests for onboarding
Provide information for shipping of equipment to new hires, and ensure this process is executed
Validate pre / post-Start Date of new Hire is operational addressing issues with delivery teams as appropriate
Work with new hires for all first day onboarding support
