- Technical Delivery Manager/Lead required for leading end to end Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse solutions. This role would require working with our cross-functional teams, architecting, modeling, and designing web, dashboard and reporting solutions across multiple business functions.
- 5+ years of Delivery Lead experience is mandatory.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience on BI and Datawarehouse.
- 4 years bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field; PMP or TOGAF certified preferred.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Unit Testing cycle (SUT) which includes effort estimation, Requirement gathering & Analysis, Design, Code construction, Implementation, Software Release/Deployment.

- Possess advanced level knowledge of the tools and processes required, and function well in large-scale, highly complex, cross-functional data platform environment
- Work on developing dashboards and reports on different data sources like Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop and other technology stack, text files and excel documents
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and one or more other programming languages
- Advanced scripting and ETL, data modeling (star schema), working with large data sets
- Experience with one or more database platforms (RDBMS, NoSQL, Big Data, SAP, etc.)
- Oversees feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised projects/ programs
- Ability to plan, control and supervise multiple BI projects and activities simultaneously
- Leading small group of offshore developers on multiple parallel projects
- Assigns work assignments to team members and directs activities, providing technical guidance and completing individual tasks as needed
- Working with IT management, product owners, business managers and business analysts, lead the effort to evaluate user requests and determine solutions to business problems
- Expert knowledge of IT systems development, including process mapping, budgeting and timeline creation
- Responsible for liaison between IT and Operations team to drive closure to any urgent on demand issues
- Architecture Review Meetings set and walk through.
- Keep Multiple Projects on Track and status reporting to higher management.
- Collaborate with Design Leads, Developers and Functional Team and resolve project issues on timely manner.
- Weekly Status reporting to Functional Team
- Weekly twice Handshake with Design & Development team at offshore.
- Coordinate with Managers to develop timeline and budgets for projects.
- Oversee the design, testing and deployment efforts and resolve roadblocks.
- Ensure Quality on processes and enterprise guidelines to be implemented.
- Introduce best practices and creative solutions.
- Timely Follow up and escalate on road blockers on project execution.
- Outline the basic vision, goals, and requirements of each scope item and create activity tracker for team members to follow.
- Understand functional teams’ high priority items.
- Make sure all SDLC steps followed on given project.
- Review high level documentation, design, and workflows.
- Establish and nurture good client working relationships.
- Send out Meeting Minutes after each meeting scheduled as Organizer clearly mentioning tasks and owners.
- Maintain JIRA up to date on tasks and stories status.
- Have team call onsite + offshore for all projects and keep offshore resource informed on deliverables.
- Based on project execution - create project activity tracker to closely monitor the progress
- SharePoint site maintenance for documents.
- Access / System Inventory Details for all interfaces.
- Demand and Incident Report management.
- Maintain templates for Project Tracker/Operation Activities
