We take an innovative approach to supporting our clients, working side-by-side in an agile environment using new technologies.Position can be performed form any of these locations: Bloomfield CT, Lafayette LA, Morristown NJ, Seattle WA, Orlando FL, Austin TX, Bloomington MNYour future duties and responsibilities:The Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including discovery, crafting value propositions and work closely with engineering, design, and testing to ensure customer struggles and gain points are resolved. Ensure the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Discover and build product value propositions by working with users/customers, development teams, and product designers Supply to building a product strategy Optimize the team's learning curve (gain customer insights and feedback) by crafting products with speed in mind. Understand how to operate within an agile framework. Build and maintain product backlogs, responsibility for ensuring customers have high-quality outcomes (by testing and accepting stories), run end-of-sprint demos to acquire feedback from customers, and prioritize work. Act as a leader and evangelize their products and always be innovating Understand and work with EDI formats Understand and work through transformation rules and enrichment Perform data transformation between RDMS and JSON formats. Support the development of the design strategy for new products. Implement the process for new products. Find opportunities for product improvements. Handle the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business goals. Perform data analysis and data mappings. Closely work with IT and business partners to define data transformation rules.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: At least 6 years' of shown experience as a Product Analyst Proficiency crafting User Story Maps, ability to create user stories containing end-to-end analysis: Outcomes, Outputs, Process, Scenarios, Examples (testing). Experience and understanding the EDI formats. Familiar with File processing concepts. Experience in working through transformation rules and enrichment Perform the data mapping and data conversion between systems. Experience working with JSON formats Shown success defining and launching excellent products Excellent written and verbal skills Technically savvy and understands conceptually how products are built. Knowledge of how products are built on AWS & SPA is a PLUS Excellent partnership skills Demonstrated track record to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past Quick learner Driver and not a follower Willingness to learn & take up challenges Problem Solving skills – Provide solutions and ability to support. Hands-On Data analysis and SQL skills. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications.
