Hi,

• Perform technical lead role with high efficiency and productivity.
• Designing & Developing Tibco services according to the Functional Requirements of the project(s) and the common Tibco best practices
• Coordinate with team members on Unit testing the developed Tibco services to ensure their quality
• Delivering these services to the proper environments according to their life cycle
• Perform or be subject to peer-reviews on the services developed by you and your teammates
• Assisting the testers, functional analysts during the different test phases in case any clarification debugging on the functionalities is needed
• Assisting the Production Support team during Tibco releases into the Production Environment
• Tracks and resolves moderate to complex defects
• Plans and conducts timely structured code reviews to ensure standard and systems interoperability

• Design and Development in ESB solutions.
• Working experience in logical and physical database architecture.
• Should be good in concepts of TIBCO cloud version (BW Cloud version)
• Design and Development of Middleware Solutions using TIBCO Suite of Products (Business Works, EMS, JMS)
• Developing Adapters using Tibco Business Works
• Advanced expertise in TIBCO products BW, EMS, RV, Active Spaces, SAP Adapter, API Exchange
• Working experience in MFT solutions with expertise in TIBCO MFT.
• Must have a strong understanding of the design, development and deployment of business intelligence systems and large-scale data warehouses using BI tools and commercial database platforms like Oracle, SQLServer and Teradata
• Experience in defining and managing schema objects
• Working experience in proof-of-concepts
• Working experience in SSL, TSL, XML, XSD, SOAP-API, REST-API, Adapters, Designer, Admin
• Working experience in CORE and Advanced Java features.
• Immerse in Development/Analysis work as part of the larger ESB/SOA Team
• Working knowledge on scripted deployment will be added advantage
• Experience in BW plugins (Rest-JSON, AS , MQ, Salesforce )

• Experience with containers and familiar with Kubernetes.
• Experience working on a Cloud platform (preference AWS) added advantage
• Familiar with best practice around CI/CD
• Experience working in version systems (GIT, GITHUB)
• Experience working on an Agile team with JIRA, Confluence and SAFE principles
• Experience working in Service now with Incident management, Problem management, Service requests and SLA adherence.
• Experience in SDLC with rigor in Unit testing, Peer reviews and code coverage tools (Sonarqube)
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting with solutions
