If yes, come join one of the largest off-price retailers in the nation- join the Burlington Stores team as a TMS Business Analyst!The TMS Business Analyst will utilize the TMS system to ensure system configuration aligns with the goals and objectives of the Inbound Logistics team. Being a Business Analyst for the TMS system is a super users that entails core knowledge of system and capabilities to propose solutions for logistical challenges that are aligned with system capabilities.The ideal candidate has exhaustive knowledge of TMS, lane configuration, and can take logistical challenges and propose solutions that are effective and cost saving.Driving cost reduction through supply chain route optimization, mode conversion, and other means.Perform lane configuration administrative duties in testing and staging environments.

Testing of new functionalities/ upgrades-related testing

Own the updating of the lane rates in the TMS system that aligns with Procurements events and awards

Ensure accuracy/integrity of master data (facilities, contacts, carriers, etc.)

Administrate user access & profile maintenance

Manage Transportation management systems (Super user) by leading consultant engagements (aka “tune-ups”)

Product Council Liaison

EDI Integration and New Carrier Setup and testing validation

Evaluates new TMS applications and manages evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements.

Liaise with production support group -ensure timely issue resolution

Complete other projects & responsibilities, as assigned

Solid knowledge of the application development / configuration process.

Prior experience within transportation, logistics or supply chain

Ability to critically review and interpret technical documentation

Ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts verbally, in writing, and via presentation.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines through effective time management skills

Proficient at problem solving and analytical techniques

Experience in business process redesign

Experience in system design, testing, validation, problem resolution, and training
