We offer great benefits and career growth opportunities.Job Summary:As a Prime Broker Margin Analyst within Operations you will be responsible for day-to-day operational functions including, firm and regulatory risk monitoring, review and approval of collateral movements and maintaining equity levels on margin loans. These functions are inclusive of providing first class client service to our Client Service Rep team that deal directly with our Prime Brokerage/Hedge Fund clients.Job Responsibilities:

Enforce firm and regulatory policies with respect to securities brokerage accounts.

Review and approval daily requests for collateral withdrawals

Accurately review various exception reports in a timely manner, and determine an appropriate course of action for their resolution

Execute flawlessly departmental policies and control procedures Maintain effective working relationships with internal support departments and external clients of JP Morgan Securities LLC

Understand traditional securities products and the end to end trade life cycle.

Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the securities industry.

Demonstrate sound problem solving skills and decision making.

Operate in a fast-paced, deadline orientated workflow.

Maintain effective and professional communication skills.

Strong sensitivity to compliance, control, and operational risk across various Lines of Businesses.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Minimum 1 year financial industry or client service related experience.

Candidate must be clear and confident in written and oral communications.

Seeking highly motivated candidates who have excellent oral, mathematical, and written communication skills.

Competent in M.S. Office, particularly Excel.

Previous broker/dealer operations and margin experience

Candidates must be team players and able to work in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar preferred.

Working knowledge or Reg T and FINRA Rule 4210) is preferred
