Transport to/from Dialysis

I am looking for someone available on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday to drive and pick my dad up from dialysis. He would need to be dropped off at Dialysis clinic by 4:50am and be picked up around 9:10am-9:30am (Time may differ depending on staff at clinic completing the disconnection from machine). We live in Manchester NJ (Holly Oaks) section and the dialysis place is located in Lakewood NJ (Fresenius) about a 10 minute ride from the house.

For pickup the driver will need to be able to meet him at the front door and escort him down the driveway, as he has a walker, and help him get into the car. Once you arrive at the dialysis clinic help him get out of the car and assist walking him into the lobby (open clinic doors and watch him walk in). After dialysis the driver will need to bring him back home, park, and walk him to the front door and make sure he enters then can leave.
