Description Robert Half is seeking a Trust & Estate attorney with ideally 3 years of experience most important 3+ years ideally working with families of people under guardianship, The candidate must be licensed in NJ. This is a contract to hire opportunity and primarily remote although candidate must be commutable to Hamilton, NJ.Requirements - Licensed attorney

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail

First-rate academic credentials and references

LexisNexis experience preferred

Quality experience with documentation

Case Management Software experience

Practical knowledge of Complaint Handling

Experience with Management System

Deep understanding of Legal software

Well-founded grasp of Civil Litigation

Solid understanding of 3M

General familiarity with Claim Administration

Proven knowledge of Briefing
