As a Wellness Associate, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the U.S. Wellness offering which includes plan benchmarking, vendor management, process management, member experience, and implementation of program design changes or enhancements/solutions. The Wellness Associate is a hybrid role, based in Jersey City, NJ.Job Responsibilities:

Assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the firm's wellness offerings, which include assisting with the management of the wellness vendors in areas such as budget oversight, operational oversight, centralizing and tracking, risk assessment findings management and other vendor requirements.

Tracking deliverables across internal and external stakeholders, understanding reporting/financials, participating in risk/compliance work, helping to manage the customer experience and assisting with driving operational excellence across well-being programs and offerings

Assisting with evaluation and implementation of ad hoc wellness offerings or enhancements to the existing program, which include conducting research and analyses, defining success measures, preparing materials for senior management review and approval, and developing communication materials

Working with the broader wellness and benefits team on developing and implementing innovative ways to engage employees in their overall well-being

Monitoring wellness and healthcare trends and regulations including wellness incentives; analyzing program usage

Partnering with internal stakeholders including other vendor managers, administration, corporate strategy, customer service, communications, finance, HR technology, legal, IT security, sourcing and wellness teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Understanding of the healthcare and wellness marketplace, in particular as it relates to large employer plans/programs

Vendor management experience

Willingness and ability to innovate in order to drive fresh and/or unique approaches and solutions

Must have experience working in a strategic, analytical or metric driven position

Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment

Ability to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables

Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills

Strong project management and operations skills, with a high level of attention to detail

Solid knowledge of standard desktop applications such as MS Office (PowerPoint/PitchPro, Excel)

Minimum 3 years in corporate benefits, benefits/wellness consulting or health plan/health insurance for wellness field

Bachelor's degree required

Ideal to have large firm experience (10,000 plus employees)
