This role also occasionally supports other divisions within the organization at a local level.The User Experience Researcher is expected to work collaboratively across teams and departments, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.The User Experience Researcher is responsible for the day-to-day discovery and advocacy of customer needs and pain points across Computershare's front-end service channels and platforms (e.g., web, mobile apps, microsites, SMS, IVR).The role holder will continually pursue customer insights by collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., surveying and interviewing customers, analysing channel statistics).The User Experience Researcher will work closely with internal stakeholders and scrum team members-such as Product Owners, designers, developers, and testers-to highlight customer needs and pain points as well as help in the prioritization, actioning, and review of solutions.Work closely with product development teams to identify areas of user research. Design studies that address both customer behaviours and attitudesCommunicate insights to fuel ideation in product design and developmentChampion and help build out our UX practiceOn-time delivery of UX artifacts for project and squad-based assignmentsWhat will you bring to the role? We need someone who is passionate about the User Experience!Essential:- Educational accreditation or training certification in one or more of the following fields: User Experience, User Research, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Native-level English fluency, both written and spoken
- Strong presentation skills
- Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines
- Teamwork oriented
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields of study: HCI, psychology, business intelligence, analytics, or computer science
- 2+ years professional experience as a User Experience Researcher or a related field
- Familiarity with securities and/or banking industries
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo)
- Experience with user research SaaS tools (e.g. OptimalWorkshop, Useberry)
