TEC Summer Intern will perform:

Network Management: Configuring, monitoring, and securing network devices and connections.

IT Support: Assisting with technology infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to users.

System Administration: Managing servers, operating systems, and software installations.

Cloud Computing: Deploying, managing, and scaling applications and services in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Virtualization: Creating virtual instances of hardware to maximize resource utilization.

Examples of various tasks such as server setup and configuration both physical and virtual, monitor server performance and resource utilization using monitoring tools, work with virtualization platforms apply software updates, patches and security fixes to network devices and systems, maintain IP addressing and subnetting schemes, perform network audits, assist in planning and implementing network expansions or upgrades, scripting and automation projects, automating manual tasks, or enhancing already automated processes, and support agile deployment of infrastructure components to UPS developed applications. Additionally, this internship will grant you exposure to various UPS infrastructure components and gain hands-on experience in managing critical IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical support to users! The desired  2024 Summer Intern  is currently enrolled or graduated from a degreed college/university program with a major in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Must be able to work hybrid in the office (Locations: Mahwah, NJ; Parsippany, NJ; Atlanta, GA, or Louisville, KY)
