job summary:

Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 4-6 years of specific experience in implementing; measuring, managing and improving enterprise level websites & eCommerce experiences including mobile and web optimization.
    • 4-6 years as part of a digital product team with a proven track record of successfully deployed features and products.
    • Experience with Sketch or similar prototyping software.
    • Experience with analytics platforms (amplitude, Pendo or similar)
    • Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
    • Experience with enterprise level projects.
    • Experience with a Fortune 500 company is a big plus.
    • Experience with projects using SaaS and internally hosted solutions
    • Proven ability to shape the direction and execution of projects from start to finish.
    • Ability to move nimbly between strategy and execution.
    • Natural problem solver who loves a good challenge.
    • Ability to iterate quickly, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

responsibilities:

Looking for a UX Designer to join our North America team. This position will be based in Jersey City, NJ. The UX Designer will work alongside a UI Designer and under the Design Manager as part of the Product team. As the UX Designer you will should be able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, A/B testing, interviews and surveys, and translating them into user flows, sitemaps, journey maps, persona creation, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. In this role, you will oversee product user analytics and work cross departmentally to create new experiences that meet end user needs. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
