Post Graduate education preferred

Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Change Management experience and expertise.

Proven track record in developing and executing on business strategy.

Solid experience and proven record in working closely with senior management across all lines of business, along with conceptual and critical thinking.

Visionary leader who works exceptionally well in cross-functional teams and is a champion of collaboration.

Effective stakeholder management with a professional partner-focused approach; a collaborator with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.

Hours:37.5Job Description:Reporting to the SVP, Strategy, Change, and Operational Excellence, the VP, Next Evolution of Work (NEW) Change Management and Communications is an executive leader within the Bank's Transformation, Enablement, and Customer Experience (TECE) group.This role is responsible for the leadership of the Next Evolution of Work (NEW) Change Management and Communication and directs all related activities. NEW is a transformation program changing how we work across the organization to deliver for our customers. This role will lead the Change Management team accountable for developing and executing the change management and communications strategy for the implementation of NEW, including the overall program office, and support for individual leaders within the NEW program.The general accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:Partner to deliver against Transformation Office initiatives and business case outcomes in conjunction with leaders across the organization.

Deploy change management and communication tactics that ensures the changes are understood throughout the organization and effective change leadership is deployed to TD colleagues impacted by transformation initiatives aligned with TD's brand and risk appetite.

Communicate the Transformation Change Journey throughout the organization, including to senior executives and the Board, to facilitate understanding of NEW and impact to stakeholders.

Use the TD Change Management framework, methodology and toolkit to develop the change strategy and plans to support colleagues in adopting NEW.

Develop playbooks for onboarding leaders to NEW and develop / provide change leadership coaching; partner with implementation change management resources to ensure overall change support through implementation.

Lead change management and communications support for Transformation, Enablement, and Customer Experience (TECE) implementation of NEW.

Ensure alignment of NEW-related communications with other communications.

Develop and execute plans for proactive stakeholder management across the Enterprise.

Mitigate risk associate with major organization changes, always upholding TD's culture and Colleague experience.

Nurture a “One Transformation” mentality across business leaders and senior executives.
