Adequately funded Los Angeles-based company (that pays their bills on time) is looking for a NJ Attorney, knowledgeable about dealing with Superfund sites.

The Attorney will be communicative, creative, precise, and nice.

- Subject site is identified on the Township of Old Bridge tax rolls as Block 6017.11, Lot 7. The parcel is located in Fire District 4.

- Property is close to being cleaned up for use or sale
