Web UI Designer

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for enterprise products.
• 2 years of experience working within a design system and component libraries at an enterprise scale.
• Ability to understand complex technical and project details, and communicate them simply to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on expertise using Sketch, Marvel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative, and attention-to-detail.
• Link to a professional portfolio with relevant enterprise UI design examples Preferred.

• Experience with Material Design (including React and Angular Material).
• Experience meeting Accessibility guidelines.

• The global media company is seeking a Designer to join their internal UX team. This team designs desktop browser-based UIs, such as dashboards, scheduling tools, and DAMs to support global content distribution.
• This role does not involve consumer-facing products or mobile.
• The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools using a design system.
• They have proven to understand complex workflows and translate them into user-friendly UIs using reusable components and repeatable patterns.
• The successful designer needs to be an effective communicator (written, verbal, interpersonal), and an active and willing collaborator.
• They are comfortable iterating quickly, even when product scope and requirements are fluid.
• Design user-friendly UIs for enterprise applications.
• Produce documentation, user flows, lo-fi and hi-fi designs, prototypes, and presentation slides.
• Actively participate in group critiques, giving and receiving feedback, and refining designs.
• Eloquently present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team to leverage reusable patterns and components.
• Collaborate with team to quality control UX/UI across enterprise products.
