Primary Skill: Core Windows Engineer

Windows Desktop OS (Windows 7 & 10), Autopilot, GPO, Basic DNS, DHCP
Windows image build MDT workbench and MDT with SCCM
Windows deployment using SCCM
Powershell
Advanced troubleshooting skills for performance and application on Windows operating system.
E.G.
Identifying issues faced on windows machines due to MS Teams, MS Office, etc.
Identifying issues faced by the user related to browsers and their plugin on Windows operating systems.
Identifying issues related to DNS/ DHCP/ Antivir wrong GPO policy on the machine running Windows operating system.
Identifying build issues during Autopilot or traditional SCCM build.
