Workday Analyst(recruiting and Onboarding)

Location Woodcliff Lake NJ ( Remote for now)

Rate - open W-2 or C2C The HRIS Analyst Workday (Recruiting) is responsible for the day-to-day success of Workdays Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This role will report to the Associate Director of HRIS in a techno-functional role. We are looking for candidates with advanced expertise in managing Workday Recruiting & Onboarding configuration, and day to day support of these modules. Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure business processes and notificationsServe as an advanced subject matter expert within Workday Recruiting and OnboardingRecommend best practice solutionsUtilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirementsParticipate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionalityWork with the IT Team to ensure recruiting integrations are operating as expected andCreate/import EIBs as applicableDocument internal processes and proceduresActively Support Workday Semi-Annual Upgrade testing and adoption of delivered enhancementsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issuesCreate/modify Workday Recruiting reports and/or dashboardsMaintain technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or related area4+ years functional and technical HRIS design, configuration, and administration experience3+ years specifically with Workday RecruitingWD Recruiting certification preferredExperience with CRM system/s preferredExperience and knowledge of HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits a plusProven experience with reporting and analyticsStrong written and oral communication skillsProblem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
