Client Major Pharmaceutical client Workday Analyst( Location Woodcliff Lake NJ ( Remote for now) Rate - open W-2 or C2C HRIS Workday AnalystThe Workday analyst will provide production support of s Workday HCM system. This role serves as a point-of-contact for our users. Workday modules include: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and Payroll.Job Responsibilities:Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and PayrollUpdate Business Process ConfigurationEstablish, revise and maintain procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR dataDiagnose and resolve issues (end-user, business process, security, etc )Audits and maintains current and historical data.Performs data entry as needed.Work with end users to train them on the systemAssign and maintain SecurityDevelop and maintain simple to complex custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.Load data through EIBAssist with the creation of test scripts and the documentation of test scenarios.Perform end to end testing: Business Process, Integrations, Reports, Security, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Benefits, Business, IT etc.)EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Minimum four (4) years applicable Workday experienceExperience and knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and BenefitsProven experience with reporting and analyticsStrong written and oral communication skillsProblem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)Sumeet ChhatwalSr Technical RecruiterLenmar Consulting, Inc.1440 Plaza Five, Suite 1440Harbor side Financial CenterJersey City, NJ 07311Ph: Ext 4012, Cell www.lenmarit.com- ID: #43658260
