Duration: 6+ months.location: Bridgewater, NJJob description:We are looking for a Workday Functional Analyst with expertise in Global Payroll and familiarity with ADP. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Workday platform for our global payroll processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for payroll processes and related integrations.
- Develop and implement test cases to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processes or integrations.
- Provide end-user support and training on Workday Payroll functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Payroll updates and enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Workday Payroll configuration and support, with a focus on global payroll.
- Knowledge of ADP will be a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
