Duration: 6+ months.location: Bridgewater, NJJob description:We are looking for a Workday Functional Analyst with expertise in Global Payroll and familiarity with ADP. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Workday platform for our global payroll processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for payroll processes and related integrations.
  • Develop and implement test cases to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processes or integrations.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Workday Payroll functionality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Payroll updates and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Workday Payroll configuration and support, with a focus on global payroll.
  • Knowledge of ADP will be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
