What You Will Do:

Customer Service:

- Answer calls and create orders for phone customers

- Manage email and phone-based customer service

Order Management:

- Create and maintain daily order lists for the floral team

- Manage multiple company inboxes

Retail Sales:

- Assist customers in-store, providing knowledgeable assistance and driving sales

- Maintain a welcoming and attractive store environment


- Create delivery routes for drivers

- Coordinate product movements, supplies, and errands

Subscription Management:

- Oversee the flower subscription service

Process Improvement:

- Contribute ideas to optimize company procedures

Supply Management:

- Lead in supply management

- Ensure appropriate supply levels

Special Tasks:

- Manage the company calendar

- Coordinate team birthday and anniversary gifts

Executive Support:

- Assist in executive meetings

- Inventory intake, inspect products for defects

Data Management:

- Maintain weekly flower levels

- Manage Yelp & Google pages and phone directory

Shop Assistance:

- Aid staff and freelance drivers as needed

- Organize safety programs

Packing and Shipping:

- Aid in packing and mailing gift shipments to customers

Position Details:

- Title: Company Administrator

- Employment Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt

- Reports to: Shop Owner

- Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience

- Hours: 35-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
