The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering competitive Project specific techno-commercial bids and clean handover for execution in collaboration withstakeholders, that primarily include, front end Sales teams, Global Engineering, Order Engineering, Global operations etc.Pre-Order phaseEnsure selection, sizing, and on-time delivery of competitive techno-commercial project proposals againstRequest for Quotations for Mechanical Sealing Solutions (Seals andSeal Support systems)Review, Interpret and Establish project specific requirements in collaboration with Global Stakeholders, from tender documents including but not limited to:Instructions to Bidders, Equipment Datasheets, Material Requisition, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Drawings), instrument Hook Up, Logical diagrams, key delivery dates,applicable INCOTERMS, and other contractual terms & conditionsManage Techno-Commercial clarifications, Exceptions and DeviationsCo-ordinate with Project Application and Global Engineering teams to obtain sign off for non-standard or special applications as necessaryManage techno-commercial scope for Seal Support systems (Auxiliary Systems) internally through Fluid Control teamsProvide investment case analysis and margin summary to Global Project Sales Managers from time to timeConduct and Participate in Customer review meetings (EPC, OEM etc), including project kick-off meetingSupporting team / group continuous improvement initiativesGuiding new engineers and act as onboarding ‘buddy’Post order phaseContract review and Order acknowledgement against purchase ordersRelease clear techno-commercial order handover to Engineering and Global operationsEnsure efficient support on techno-commercial queries or conflicts arising through Project Delivery office during execution phase, where necessary
