Three-day weekend (Friday through Saturday)

Extra hours during holidays and peak periods

Our base pay rate is $17 per hour + weekly shared customer tips (hence $17 - $20).

WHAT WILL I DO? Each person on the team is key to the operations of the business. As a part of our team members, you will help in the food production of our sourdough bread and/or pastries. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards, in addition to helping our team with delivery. And the icing on the cake is, this is your opportunity to make a difference in our community. The hard-working and friendly team member will assist the management team.

This is an hourly, part-time position. In this position, the team member will be expected to work an average of 35 hours/week and 4 days/week. The team member will both play the role of baker and cashier and s/he will primarily assist with our food production and delivery. We look to hire for personality and train on skills where needed.
