Assistant Manager

Plaza Cafe Downtown is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager.

We require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, where hospitality and service are Paramount!

The Assistant Manager is responsible for :

Direct day-to-day staffing requirements.

Managing the daily operations of our restaurant.

Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Control Labor, Food, and Beverage costs by enforcing proper inventory and ordering practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of management experience in a restaurant in a similar position.

Knowledge of restaurant and Bar operations.

Guest service skills, including conflict management and service recovery.

Lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends)
