Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service.Build rapport with VIP and regular guests, ensuring their needs are met.Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, including staff supervision, stock control, and hygiene standards.Support recruitment, training, and team development, ensuring strong product, beverage, and allergen knowledge.Drive sales through product knowledge, promotions, and suggestive selling.Ensure accurate guest billing and compliance with hotel and liquor licensing procedures.Manage stock ordering, inventory, and monthly stock takes.Coordinate with Events team for conference and function setups.Maintain RSA compliance and certification.Lead by example to maximise guest satisfaction, team performance, and service excellence.
