Barista, Busser/Runner, Barback

New cafe & wine bar to open in downtown Santa Fe by the end of May.

We are looking for experienced baristas, barbacks, and busser/runners who want to hone their craft and grow in the field of hospitality.

As we open and expand our operation, positions for bartender and server will become available.

Requirements:

-2+ years in hospitality or related field

-2 professional references

-Passion for service & desire to learn

-Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-8pm

-Shifts: 6 hours each, 3+/week

-Pay: $12/hour (Baristas $15/hour) + tip/gratuity

-Benefits: health insurance @ 30 hrs/wk & PTO after 6 months

-Commuters: $20/fuel allowance for those living in Albuquerque
