Arroyo Vino, a busy, casual-fine dining restaurant seeks an experienced bartender/server. This position would work 1-2 bartending, and 2-3 serving shifts per week. Experience making craft cocktails with exact measurements and technique is a must for this position.

We are looking for an individual who has developed a passion for the fast and fun circus that is the hospitality industry. Attention to detail is paramount as is the ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations. We have a very small, tight knit crew that is hardworking and passionate about what we serve and the guest experiences we create. The small size of our team has better enabled us to think on our feet and adapt to the continuously changing landscape of the service industry; we expect the same of anyone we bring on. That being said, we have fun and serve some of the best food, wine and cocktails in the state.

We are closed on Sunday and Monday, and open for dinner service only Tuesday - Saturday.

Qualifications and expectations:

Fine/casual-fine dining experience

Proven experience in fast paced environments

Knowledge of classic cocktails

Knowledge of wine, and proper wine service

Knowledge of/interest in farm-to-table cuisine

Positive attitude; no drama/trash talking

Adaptability

Ability to see and do what needs to be done

Team player

Excellent people skills
