In this role, you will contribute to identifying, developing, and implementing improvement opportunities, driving the continuous improvement of our Supply Chain processes.Join us on our digital transformation journey. This full-time permanent role will see you ensuring systems are leveraged to their full potential, including responding to system enquiries, and maintaining system and data integrity. This role helps to ensure that we put the right products into customers hand as simply, accurately, and safely as possible, while proactively looking for improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings across the Supply Chain operations.Working Monday to Friday, this role is based in the Port Kembla NSW site and a hybrid working arrangement will be considered.What Will You Do?You will support multiple business processes to ensure that our customer’s needs are met. You will:support Customer Service in the acceptance of orders in line with technical capability and market offersmaintain Relational and Master Data covering our full range of productsprovide technical support for Sales & Marketing and Customer Service for resolution of order errorscontrol and maintain the technical edits/rules, product catalogues and paint masters and intake specifications to reflect the manufacturing capability of the operational facilitiessupport order acceptance / verification or hold, and investigation of errors associated with order loadings and dispatch transmissionsimprove D365 system by enhancing capabilities in line with changing market conditions and business requirementsconduct data queries relating to order loads, customer demand and points of productionMore About YouThis is a hands-on role, so it requires someone that is self-motivated, highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
