Construction estimator

Description As a Construction Estimator at our growing General and Electrical Contracting firm, you will focus on preparing detailed and accurate estimates for large-scale construction projects, specifically those exceeding $750,000 with a specialty in general and electrical project scopes. Your work will involve reviewing project plans, identifying all scope elements, preparing bid proposals, and working alongside project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions, ensuring alignment with our financial and project goals. You'll be required to stay up-to-date with market trends and construction techniques, leveraging your knowledge in construction methods and materials. A minimum of 3 years of experience estimating large projects, proficiency in estimating software, and excellent communication skills are prerequisites for this job.
