Construction Project Supervisor (5 Years of Experience Required)

Minimum 5+ years' experience in residential field construction, supervision, and project management. These pertinent areas of responsibility encompass scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of preferred residential. Working knowledge of all areas of residential construction, practices, and terminology. Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, construction documents, regulations, concepts, practices, trade base, and procedures.

Computer proficiency is required to handle job costing, payroll, and communication with vendors and trades. Required Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Project/ homebuilding software Buildertrend, and web/email communications. Blue Beam is a plus.

Overseeing all job site activities, including scheduling and work of sub-contractors, deliveries, and direct supervision of company employees in the field to assure code and other regulatory compliance, quality assurance, accuracy, and timeliness. Enforcing safety procedures; adherence is critical.
