This is a part-time position Wednesday through Sunday. No Evenings.

We are looking for a Cook.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

Complete daily checklist, keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen staff to resupply.

Assisting with ordering of produce and other kitchen supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.

Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualification Standards

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to move up to 50lbs.

Flexible with reliable vehicle for transportation.

Team player.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.

Restaurant experience preferred.
