- Cook and prepare items ordered by guests (training will be provided).
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques with attention to detail in plate presentation.
- Prepare all aspects of restaurant food while ensuring quality meets specifications and guarantees.
- Label and date all products properly to ensure safekeeping and sanitation; maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment that meets all sanitation standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and demonstrate a basic understanding and application of various cooking techniques.
