Customer Service Manager for Busy Realtor Membership Organization - Serves as first point of contact (receptionist) for member calls and walk-ins, updates website, key contact for Supra system (electronic lockbox system for association), produces and distributes newsletter, customer support for new and renewing members, serves as staff liaison for committees, and serves as back-up support for MLS Director and Membership Development Director. Strong administrative and customer service skills required in a team atmosphere.
