We are currently looking to expand our Culinary Team across three venues: Brewery Bar + Kitchen, Boulevard Brasserie (Novotel) & Bacar Restaurant & Bar (Pullman).Brewery Bar + Kitchen represents good times, food, laughter and entertainment in a vibrant pub style, sports bar, located on the doorstep to Accor Stadium!Boulevard Brasserie is based in the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park and boasts front row views of Accor stadium and is the perfect spot for a relaxed meal before a big event.Bacar Restaurant & Bar is based in Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park and focuses on contemporary dining that celebrates the best of local and seasonal cuisine.Working alongside our talented team of Chefs led by our gifted Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, events and hotel operations. This is an opportunity to be a part of the major events that operate at Sydney Olympic Park, by joining a precinct with multiple development paths available. We are currently recruiting for:Part time Demi ChefsPart time Commis ChefsAs a Demi Chef, you will support the daily operations of the kitchen, contributing to high‑quality food preparation and service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffet service. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and presentation standards while ensuring your section runs efficiently and productivelyWhat you’ll be doing:Assist with mise en place, stock rotation and minimising wastagePrepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes in line with brand standardsMaintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all timesSupport and guide junior team members, leading by example

 As a Commis Chef, this position will be involved in the preparation and cooking of meals, operating commercial cooking equipment such as mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens and stoves and ensuring a clean and safe work environment is maintained.What you’ll be doing:Food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffet service. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards. Organise an assigned section and ensure it runs efficiently and productively.Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
