Description We are seeking a Director, Digital Transformation PMO & Agile Delivery to join our remote team Connecticut. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our digital transformation initiatives, offering strategic expertise to align program strategies with our overall business goals. The successful candidate will lead agile transformations, implement agile frameworks, and optimise governance within our digital technology unit.Responsibilities: Apply strategic expertise to develop program strategies that align with the goals of the Digital Technology unit Foster a collaborative environment, provide strategic direction, and ensure teams have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles Develop and implement strategies that embed Agile principles, approaches, practices, and tools into the organization's culture Incorporate Agile methodologies into program delivery, enhancing business objectives and improving delivery outcomes Lead efforts to streamline and improve PMO governance processes within the Digital Technology unit Oversee adherence to our governance, ensuring continuous rollout of efficient policies and practices Design and deliver training programs focused on PMO concepts and best practices Develop Agile training programs to ensure that Digital Technology teams are well-versed in Agile principles, practices, and tools Create and manage communication strategies to keep internal stakeholders informed about the health of Digital Technology programs Collaborate with internal and external team members to drive continuous improvement in governance and delivery mechanisms Monitor Digital Technology programs from start to finish, managing deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and processes effectively throughout the project delivery lifecycle Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of Digital Technology-related programs and projects Establish key performance indicators to assess and report on the status and value creation of Digital Technology programsRequirements Must hold a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital transformation and project management roles Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and Agile Transformation methodologies Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives successfully Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor project teams towards achieving goals Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities, with an emphasis on project scheduling, risk management and resource allocation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels within the organization Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization Solid understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and digital innovation strategies Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
