About Us

We're a growing tree service company in Albuquerque looking to scale our operations and keep our schedule full year-round. While tree work is traditionally seasonal, we're building a team that can generate consistent business through direct outreach to homeowners.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced door-to-door sales representative to help us pack our winter schedule with tree service jobs. You'll be canvassing neighborhoods throughout Albuquerque, identifying homeowners who need tree trimming, removal, or maintenance services.

What You'll Do

Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods within Albuquerque city limits

Identify homeowners with tree service needs (pruning, removal, storm damage, etc.)

Schedule on-site estimates with qualified prospects

Input lead information into our CRM system

Communicate daily/weekly with owner to report progress and optimize approach

Work collaboratively with our small team as we grow

Requirements

Previous door-to-door sales experience required

Reliable transportation (you'll be driving between neighborhoods)

Available at least 2-3 days per week for canvassing

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Must be able to work in Albuquerque city limits
