Skill Set required-SCCM Administration, Application Package Deployment through SCCM, CrowdStrike, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Software Licensing requirements

Job Description:As a EUC Lead, should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.Manage Service delivery and operations for EUC, Service Desk, Deskside Support, Desktop Engineering and Remote Desktop teamsEnsure quick resolution during crisis and compliance tracking for all contractual itemsResponsible for Vendor Management and people management.Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management.Conduct periodic reviews with teams; work with offshore and onsite teams to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management; participate in service governance meetingsTake corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Drive service improvement programs.Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined, perform trend analysis, identify major and repeated incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systemsProviding general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptopsSupporting and assisting colleagues and working with other support groups and vendors for solving level two issuesDeveloping strategies, assisting with designs and applications, software testing, development, and up gradation with level two support for preventing technical breakdown in future
