Position Requirements

Experience with the installation of TPO, Shingle, and Metal roofs.

Must know how to safely install asphalt and coatings.

Must have expertise with various roofing materials and safety protocols (OSHA 10 standards). -

Utilize hand and power tools for roofing and construction tasks.

Minimum 2 years of commercial and residential experience.

Must be able to manipulate and traverse uneven terrain, ladders, and multi-floor buildings with no elevator.

Must have the ability to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds

Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds properly and without difficulty.

Possess a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.

Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.

Some travel required

I-9 Verification required

Preferred OSHA 10 Card
