Financial Analyst, Programming Finance

Job DescriptionExciting opportunity within Versant’s Programming finance team supporting USA, E!, SYFY, and Oxygen. The Financial Analyst will report into the Manager of Content Finance, and partner with leaders across various departments including Scheduling, Acquisitions, Controllership, Business Affairs, Creative, and Finance Senior Management. This position will provide traditional operational finance support related to, but not limited to current and acquired programming as well as development. Responsibilities include supporting the team with various FP&A related functions including estimates, budgets, variance analysis.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport financial aspects of programming budgets, including Original Series, Specials, Development, and Acquisitions.Key contact person for Acquisitions team for all cash related activities including cash payment schedules, invoice processing & tracking, etc.Maintain and update Programming trackers within excel.Support team in conducting scenario planning and financial impact of scheduling changes.Other ad hoc projects and requests as assigned by upper management.
