Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Food & Beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and team performance.Key responsibilities include:Supervising daily restaurant, bar, Executive Lounge, room service, and conference and events operations.Leading service during busy meal periods and functions.Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Food & Beverage team members.Conducting preservice briefings and on the job training.Ensuring exceptional guest service and resolving guest enquiries professionally.Maintaining high food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.Supervising conference and event service in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).Monitoring staffing levels and assisting with roster planning.Managing cash handling, guest billing, and shift banking procedures.Assisting with stock control, inventory, and ordering.Promoting upselling opportunities and achieving departmental sales targets.Maintaining compliance with Health and Safety requirements.Working collaboratively with Kitchen, Front Office, and other hotel departments.
