We are a patient-centered wellness clinic offering chiropractic, acupuncture, and therapeutic massage services, and we are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This key position serves as the face of our practice and plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures

Answer phones, schedule appointments, assign related insurance to appointments, and respond to inquiries with clarity and compassion

Answer patient questions regarding services provided and have a sense what service might be a “best fit” for issue patient is describing

Maintain accurate patient records such as intakes and consents for treatment

Verify insurance benefits, update patient records regarding copays, deductibles, visit limits, etc. And confirm that patient information needed to submit billing is present and accurate

Collect payments, process transactions, and manage daily reconciliation of cash payments

Coordinate provider schedules and communicate appointment changes efficiently

Support daily operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area and setup of treatment rooms

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness setting preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) and appointment scheduling software

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Prior experience with alternative healthcare – chiropractic, acupuncture and/or medical/sports massage a plus

Prior experience with insurance and the structure of it’s benefits – copays, deductibles, out of pocket max, visit limits, etc – a plus

Schedule: Three-quarter to full-time.
