Front Desk Medical Receptionists

Front desk receptionists are employed to facilitate communication and recordkeeping in the office. Their main role is to serve as a point of contact for patients, in a friendly manor before and after their appointment, recording interactions and tracking files as necessary. Medical Receptionists communicate with outside medical institutions the same as patients. They securely gather patient information and enter it into systems and charts.
