General Labor Position

I am looking to fill a laborer position. Employee will report to a specific address in Las Cruces every morning at 6am. From there, transportation will be given to job site. Jobs will be in Las Cruces, southern NM and El Paso, TX. Very few overnights required although there are some.

This job requires working outside. Lifting heavy material, digging holes, pouring concrete. It is a difficult job. Employee will need to pack their own lunch and water. Employee will need to wear jeans, proper work attire and steel toed boots. We will provide gloves, hard hats and safety vests. Employee must be at yard every morning at 6am and can not be late. Employee must be able to get on military bases when required. Employees will be installing large metal buildings, and outdoor furnishings. Need to be able to follow direction and be self motivated. Expect to hustle around the job site. we work under tight timelines. The crews usually arrive back in Las Cruces between 3pm-5pm. This changes from day to day depending on the work load each day.
