Job Description:We are seeking a professional and courteous Fine Dining Host to join our team. As a Fine Dining Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary role will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure the smooth flow of service in the dining area.

Responsibilities:

1. Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.

2. Manage reservations and maintain a pre-arranged seating plan.

3. Escort guests to their tables.

4. Provide accurate information about hours of operation, parking, reservation times, etc.

5. Monitor table turnover and ensure tables are set for upcoming reservations.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and menus.

7. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations, including to help reset tables if necessary.

8. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.

9. Uphold high standards of customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining establishment is preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

3. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

4. Professional and elegant appearance and demeanor at all times.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
