Description SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service-oriented Hardware Printer Support Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Duties:
  • Pickup/ship/deliver equipment to multiple offices and various locations
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to walk for a large portion of the day
  • Update asset tag information in database
  • Update/Close tickets in ServiceNow ticketing system
Qualifications

Required:
  • High School graduate + 3yrs experience. or AA degree with 1 year experience or BS with 0 years experienc
  • Must be able to obtain a DOE level Q clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

Desired:
  • A+ Certification or higher desired
