Looking for individuals who have experience with construction knowledge and skills. Skills to perform framing, drywall, painting, install doors, cabinets, light electrical, and install plumbing fixtures! Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing to remove dishwashers, washing machines, and water heaters. Having you own vehicle is required.

Must have the ability to oversee a project from start to finish and manage subcontractors to complete projects in a timely manner is part of the scope of work.

Position starting at $25. Position will pay $25-$28/hr based on skill level and if you have your own tools.

There will always be room to grow in the company to higher positions within the team, so the pay is not capped!

Must be comfortable working in tight spaces, wearing PPE when required (hazmat suit and respirator), climbing a 30’ ladder, following protocols and procedures, and documenting details about the projects. Basic computer skills is necessary for documentation and reporting of projects.
