Directly reporting to the HR Generalist (Reforma) and partnering with the HR team, this role will support initiatives that improve our employee life cycle and help us deliver an agile and efficient HR function that supports all of our business operations in Mexico.The HR Analyst will aid the development, document, support the implementation of the local HR policies and procedures to effectively meet operational and regulatory requirements for NBCU in Mexico.The HR Analyst also will be involved in regional and local HR projects or audits across business units to effectively accomplish labor and local regulations in a timely manner.The success measures for this role are connected to the delivery of clear reporting information, documented policies, processes, and procedures that can deliver HR operational excellence.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Review current HR processes and procedures within the operation, identify gaps or efficiencies opportunities, propose improvements or creation of new ones leveraging regional and global practices.Accomplish projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; identify optional courses of action; delivering the program.Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.Onboarding – In hiring processes, ensure ID Badge request, follow up on the delivery of work tools, new hires system update, back-office mgmt., administrative processes, etc. Ensure employee files are both on paper as well as digital, applicable to active and terminated employees.Systems –work with local HR team for any continuous improvement required, pull information and reports from SAP to provide the LATAM hub with local data as well as having updated employee’s information. Maintain all the systems including employee record creation and changes; demographics, position, salary and vacation entitlement, annual performance review schedule and salary grid movementsAdministration fulfill any ad-hoc requests given to you by the HR team; support in creating presentations, excel spreadsheets, reports and emails.

Updating of databases (employee, vacations, among others).

Supports obtaining signature for legal representative at the Coyocan office on official documents such as letters, documents, contracts.Payroll – Processes company’s payroll every pay period, maintains payroll processing and records, receives and coordinates request for the team, identifies and develop opportunities areas, be the intermediate for the team. Generate reports and share with different teams.This position is a key point of contact for insurance brokers and risk management vendors in to ensure local benefits such as health insurance, food vouchers, work tools, life insurance, etc.
